The UBT Elite Program is designed for dedicated students who aspire to pursue a professional career in classical ballet and are committed to achieving the highest standards of technical and artistic excellence. Through rigorous training, expert mentorship, and a comprehensive curriculum, students receive the education and preparation required to thrive in today's professional ballet world.
Rooted in the traditions of classical ballet and guided by internationally experienced faculty, the program emphasizes strong technique, artistry, discipline, musicality, performance quality, and physical conditioning. Admission to the Elite Program is by audition only. Students must demonstrate the technical ability, commitment, work ethic, and artistic potential required for this specialized course of study.
Examinations & Performance

At the conclusion of each academic year, Elite Program students participate in formal examinations and performance assessments before directors, faculty members, and distinguished guest evaluators, showcasing the skills and progress developed throughout the year.
Selected students may also represent UBT at prestigious national and international ballet competitions, gaining valuable performance experience and exposure within the broader dance community.
